Services

Gateway primarily serves children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Services are also available for children with other neurological and developmental disabilities as well as individuals with behavior/conduct disorders.

Specific services include:

• Behavior consultation to families and school district staff
• Development of positive behavior support plans/interventions
• Functional behavior assessments & analyses
• Early intervention ABA program design
• Assessment for intensive behavior therapy including development of initial & ongoing goals and objectives
• Supervision of ABA home & school-based programs
• Shadow-aide support in the classroom
• Workshops for parents and professionals
• Consultation on structuring the home/school environment, facilitating social interactions, teaching communication skills, promoting independence and use of visual supports.
